18 - The Great Attack

In the days of the king Josías the Scriptures had already been altered by the rabbis of Cabala:

2 Chronicles 34:14 And when they brought forth the money that had been brought into the house of the Lord, Chelcias the priest found a book of the law of the Lord given by the hand of Moses. And Chelcias answered and said to Saphan the scribe, I have found a book of the law in the house of the Lord. And Chelcias gave the book to Saphan. And Saphan brought in the book to the king, and moreover gave an account to the king, saying, This is all the money given into the hand of thy servants that work... And Saphan the scribe brought word to the king, saying, Chelcias the priest has given me a book. And Saphan read it before the king.

19 And it came to pass, when the king heard the words of the law, that he rent his garments. And the king commanded Chelcias, and Achicam the son of Saphan, and Abdom the son of Michaias, and Saphan the scribe, and Asia the servant of the king, saying, Go, enquire of the Lord for me, and for every one that is left in Israel and Juda, concerning the words of the book that is found: for great is the wrath of the Lord which has {1} been kindled amongst us, because our fathers have not hearkened to the words of the Lord, to do according to all the things written in this book. {1) Gr. flamed forth}

22 And Chelcias went, and the others whom the king told, to Olda the prophetess, the wife of Sellem son of Thecoe, son of Aras, who kept the commandments; and she dwelt in Jerusalem in the second quarter: and they spoke to her accordingly.

23 And she said to them, Thus has the Lord Theos of Israel said, Tell the man who sent you to me,

24 Thus saith the Lord, Behold, I bring {1} evil upon this place, even all the words that are written in the book that was read before the king of Juda: {1) Gr. evils}

25 because they have forsaken me, and burnt incense to strange theoi, that they might provoke me by all the works of their hands; and my wrath {1} is kindled against this place, and it shall not be quenched. {1) Gr. has flamed forth}

26 And concerning the king of Juda, who sent you to seek the Lord,—thus shall ye say to him, Thus saith the Lord Theos of Israel, As for the words which thou has heard,

27 forasmuch as thy heart was ashamed, and thou was humbled before me when thou heardest my words against this place, and against the inhabitants of it, and thou wast humbled before me, and didst rend thy garments, and didst weep before me; I also have heard, saith the Lord.

28 Behold, I will gather thee to thy fathers, and thou shalt be gathered to thy grave in peace, and thine eyes shall not look upon all the evils which I am bringing upon this place, and upon the inhabitants of it. And they brought back word to the king.

29 And the king sent and gathered the elders of Juda and Jerusalem.

30 And the king went up to the house of the Lord, he and all Juda, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the priests, and the Levites, and all the people great and small: and he read in their ears all the words of the book of the covenant that were found in the house of the Lord.

31 And the king stood at a pillar, and made a covenant before the Lord, to walk before the Lord, to keep his commandments and testimonies, and his ordinances, with all his heart and with all his soul, so as to perform the words of the covenant that were written in this book.

The words of that book were new to Josías, to the priests, to the scribes and to every body!

The rabbis of Cabala always have hated the will of Theos:

Jeremias 8:8 How will ye say, We are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us? In vain have the scribes used a false pen. The wise men are ashamed, and alarmed, and taken; because they have rejected the word of the Lord; what wisdom is there in them?

The the satanist scribes took the control the control of Scriptures, Iesous told them:

Matthew 23:1 Then spake Iesous to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: ... But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

After having killed Iesous they persecuted his followers and killed a lot of them, but they multiplied by thounsands. They understood that their problem was not the christian but the Scriptures that showed that the carpenter that they killed is the Messias, for that reason decided to make the last and final adulteration and produced an Anti-Xristos Scriptures, the actual Masoretic Scriptures:

(a). The Original And The Samaritan Pentateuch (SP)
From the time of Ezra and Nehemiah (about 440 BC) until the Council of Jamnia (around 100 AD) there existed a 'Vorlage Text' of the Old Testament in paleo-Hebrew. This Vorlage was essentially the original complete Old Testament text. With time the Vorlage gave rise to three 'recensions'. The first of these was the Samaritan Pentateuch (SP), again in paleo-Hebrew, about 408 BC. Tobiah the Ammonite allegedly took a copy of the Law with him when he was cast out of the Temple by Nehemiah (see Nehemiah13:4-9 and Ezra 4:1-4) and set up the rival system of worship in Samaria. This was essentially a copy of the Vorlage Pentateuch. For the Samaritans in Israel today, this comprises their Scriptures.

(b). The Septuagint Greek (LXX] Translation
The second recension was the Septuagint Greek (LXX) which was translated from the Vorlage Text about 250 BC by 72 Jewish scholars in Alexandria. This version became necessary because of the number of Greek-speaking Jews that were resident in Egypt under the favourable Ptolemaic Dynasty. It has been noted by most authorities that the LXX translation of the Vorlage Hexateuch (Genesis to Joshua) was particularly carefully done because of its revered position in the canon. The Eastern Christian Church still considers the LXX to be the authoritative OT text today.

(c). The Council Of Jamnia And The Masoretic Text (MT)
Finally the Masoretic Hebrew (MT) was re-written in square 'modern' Hebrew characters at the Council of Jamnia around 100 AD with the vowel points added around 900 AD. In 'Our Bible and the Ancient Manuscripts', p.49 (Eyre and Spottiswoode, London), Sir Frederick Kenyon commented that this dual procedure could easily be 'one considerable source of corruption' in the MT. But let us put this all in its proper context.

(d). The Dead Sea Scrolls and the Council of Jamnia
A very important article, that impinges on the question of the best manuscript to use for dating, was written by Siegfried H. Horn, Professor Emeritus of Archaeology at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan. It appeared in 'Ministry' for November 1987, pages 4-8, and was entitled 'The Old Testament Text in Antiquity.' He pointed out that the biblical Dead Sea scroll material can be clearly divided into two groups. In the first group, there are 170 manuscripts from the 11 Qumran caves and fragments from Masada. Professor Horn states that 'Paleographical studies show that the earliest Qumran scrolls were produced in the third century BC, and that the latest was in the first half of the first century AD The biblical text material from Masada predates the capture of that mountain fortress in AD 73, so all of the Qumran and Masada manuscripts were produced before the end of the first century AD'' The second group of manuscripts comprise scrolls from the desert caves in the Wadi Murabba'at, the Nahal Hever, and the Nahal Se'elim. The records show that this group were hidden there shortly after 100 AD.

Importantly, these two groups of scrolls show two distinct text types. Those pre-dating 70 AD have a text that agrees with both the LXX and the OT quotations used by Josephus, Xristos and the Apostles in the New Testament (NT). In fact, as Professor Horn states, 'I am quite sure that Matthew quoted from a Hebrew text that agreed with the Vorlage that the Greek translators [of the LXX] used.' These Hebrew and Greek texts existed and were quoted prior to the destruction of Jerusalem by Titus in 70 AD. As Professor Horn also points out, that the first group of scrolls 'can be considered to represent the text type for the Hebrew Bible that was circulating during the ministry of Iesous and the apostles.' Indeed, in 1953, in the Bulletin of the American Schools of Oriental Research, No. 132, pp.15-26, Frank Cross showed that this first group of manuscripts agreed more with the LXX than with the MT.

By contrast, that second group of scrolls which post-date 100 AD unquestioningly have a text virtually identical with the Masoretic Text (MT) in our present OT. What happened to change the text type? Remember, the original Hebrew (Vorlage) version existed from the days of Ezra and Nehemiah and was extant down to at least 70 AD. By contrast, the Masoretic Hebrew can be traced directly to 100 AD. The dividing line between text types in the Dead Sea scrolls also occurs about 100 AD. What happened at that time?

(e). The Action Taken By The Council of Jamnia
As Professor Horn points out, the answer is the Council of Jamnia that convened around 100 AD. He states that 'A unified text suddenly became the standard at the end of the first century and [the fact] that not one copy of a divergent text survived (except the Dead Sea scrolls that had already been hidden when Jamnia convened), indicate clearly that the Council of Jamnia must have taken actions in this matter.'
Rabbi Akiba ben Joseph was this Council's undisputed leader, though its Chairman was Yohannan ben Zakkai. In his later years, Akiba endorsed the rebellion of Bar Kokba against Rome, and supported him with his wealth, even endorsing him as the Messiah. Akiba was eventually captured and taken to Rome where he was executed in 137 AD at the age of 82.

The Council of Jamnia rejected the original Hebrew versions and the LXX based upon them. Professor Horn stated that '...the Jews rejected it (the pre-70 AD Hebrew version) and LXX since... it had become the Bible of the Christians.' Indeed, as textual expert Sir Frederick Kenyon writes (op. cit. p.56): 'In the second century of our Era, this repudiation took form in the production of a rival version.' Professor Horn, Sir Frederick Kenyon and other textual scholars all agree that this 'rival version' was the Masoretic Text (MT) which, with some variations, has been used as the basis of most OT translations since the end of the fourth century AD.

(f). The Masoretic Text And The New Greek Versions
The Council of Jamnia therefore produced this unified text of the Old Testament and ensured that all divergent texts were destroyed. This unified version, the MT, underwent a two-fold process. First, a change from paleo-Hebrew script of the Vorlage to square 'modern' characters. Second, the vowels were added to the text about 900 AD on the basis of the traditions held by the Masoretes school. For this latter reason it became known as the Masoretic text. As stated above, Sir Frederick Kenyon (op. cit., p.49) concluded that this dual process was ''one considerable source of corruption.'

Sir Frederick then went on to point out that the standardised Masoretic Text spawned 3 Greek versions, namely that of Aquila, Theodotion and Symmachus. In this regard, Professor Horn also makes an interesting comment about events immediately following the Council of Jamnia. He states: Moreover, the fact that Aquila, one of Akiba's pupils, soon thereafter produced a new Greek translation that slavishly translated the Hebrew unified text for the use of the Diaspora Jews, gives credence to the idea that Akiba must have been a key influence in the standardization of the Hebrew text.'

The next act in the drama occurred around 200 AD when Origen produced his Hexapla or sixfold version of the Old Testament. This version contained the above 3 Greek versions in parallel, plus the MT in Hebrew, the MT in Greek, and then the LXX as revised by Origen. Note that, except for the LXX, all 5 other versions in Origen's Hexapla were simply variations on the Masoretic text. Furthermore, as Sir Frederick noted on p. 58, '...Origen's efforts were not directed towards the recovery of the original form of the Septuagint LXX, but at bringing it into harmony with the Masoretic Hebrew Text then current, and to do this he introduced alterations into it with utmost freedom.' This indeed is a serious matter, particularly as all the other versions were simply variations on the MT. Fortunately, in the year 617 AD, Bishop Paulus of Tella in Mesopotamia made a Syriac translation that detailed all Origen's alterations. As a consequence, the form of the original LXX has been preserved for us, and is today still in existence.

(a). The Testimony Of The SP And The LXX
The Vorlage Text is quoted in scrolls from Qumran and Masada written prior to Jamnia. After that Council, the Jews used the new MT exclusively and destroyed all other versions. But Xristos, the Apostles, and Josephus all quote from the Vorlage, and its LXX translation, as did the Church Fathers. In most matters, the differences between the texts are usually relatively minor. However the chronologies have some significant differences. It is just at this point that we need to know what was in the Vorlage for our chronology. This chronology is found in Genesis 5 and 11 where the genealogy of the 21 patriarchs from Adam to Abraham is given. Genesis 5 details the genealogy from Adam to Noah (and the Flood), while Genesis 11 takes the list from the Flood (and Shem) down to Abraham.

In this matter it is useful to consider the testimony of the Septuagint, the Samaritan Pentateuch, and Josephus. Here are three independent links with the Vorlage original. The situation is fairly clear-cut. In Genesis 5, the LXX and Josephus are in complete agreement with the sole exception of the patriarch Lamech, where Josephus and the MT agree. The chronology adopted here accepts this majority verdict. Note that all texts agree on Noah, while the MT agrees on Jared and Methuselah as well. Furthermore, in Genesis 11 there is total agreement between the LXX and the SP on all patriarchs, with Josephus also lending support to 6 out of the 11. Again this majority opinion is accepted here. Again, note that all texts agree on Abraham, with the MT also supporting Shem. Therefore the LXX is confirmed by Josephus in Genesis 5, and by the SP in Genesis 11. It would appear, then, that the LXX is giving a chronological record that is an accurate representation of what was in the Vorlage. The situation is summarised in Table 2. From this result it is apparent that, for Genesis 5 and 11, the MT is more likely to be at variance with the Vorlage as quoted by Xristos and the Apostles, than is the LXX and SP and Josephus.

(b). A Reason Why The MT Chronology Is Different
Another point that needs to be made is that the chronologies of the Church Fathers firmly follow the LXX in Genesis 5 and 11. In this they were following the teachings of the Apostles, who must have been basing their writings on the Vorlage or the LXX. Indeed, the Gospel of Luke includes Cainan in the post-Flood listing of Patriarchs, just as the LXX does. This lends strong support to the LXX chronology. As Genesis 5 and 11 form the basis for all chronological schemes, this difference between the LXX and MT becomes important. In Genesis 5, the difference amounts to 600 years. In Genesis 11 it there is a further difference of over 700 years. As the MT underwent the two-fold process of Hebrew character change plus later vowel pointing, the suspicion must be that it is the MT that is incorrect on this issue.

One may ask why the MT has deviated from the SP and LXX. A glance at Table 2 reveals the answer. It seems that a cipher for 100 has been dropped or systematically omitted in copying from the paleo-Hebrew to the MT in these important chapters. This has also occurred in one place in the NT. In Acts 27:37 it is recorded that 276 people were on board Paul's ship when it was wrecked in the storm. According to the Amplified Version footnote, some manuscripts read 76. The cipher for 200 has been dropped. It is possible that a similar process has operated to drop over 1300 years from Genesis 5 and 11 in the MT.

(c). Comparing NT Quotations Of The OT
Confirmatory evidence for the acceptance of the LXX as an accurate reflection of the Vorlage comes from the NT quotes by Xristos and the Apostles from the OT. Compare, for example, Xristos's quote of Psalm 8:2 in Matthew 21:16 or the Apostle Paul's quote of Hosea 13:14 in 1 Corinthians 15:55, or his quote from Isaiah 64:4 in 1 Corinthians 2:9. From such comparison it is obvious that the NT quotes almost exactly follow the LXX. By contrast, when the NT quote is compared with our modern OT we find our OT version is deviant. It is significant that our modern OT was translated from the MT.

(d). Paul's Non-existent Quotation!
Some differences can have major implications such as Paul's quote in Hebrews 1:6 of Deuteronomy 32:43 from the Vorlage. There he argues that Messiah had to be Divine. Paul writes: "But again, when He brings the first begotten into the world, He says 'And let all the angels of Theos worship him'." On checking that Deuteronomy passage in the AV or NKJV, we find that Paul's important quotation on Messias' Divinity is simply not there! It is omitted on the MT, but is still recorded in the LXX just as Paul quotes it. In fact the MT omits another significant part of that verse as the LXX goes on to say of Messiah: 'And let all the sons of Theos strengthen themselves in him.' The LXX thus seems to be at least a more complete translation of the Vorlage Pentateuch.

(e). Interesting Verifications of LXX Statements
However, there are several down to earth archaeological verifications that the LXX was quoting Vorlage truth. One illustration must suffice. In the perfect fullness of time, with his earthly assignment completed, Joshua died and was buried 'in Timnath-Serah which is in Mount Ephraim, on the north side of the hill of Gaash' (Joshua 24:30). The LXX adds a significant remark: 'There they put with him into the tomb in which they buried him, the knives of stone with which he circumcised the Children of Israel in Gilgal.'

Ten miles north-west of Bethel lies Kef'r Ishu'a, the 'Village of Joshua'. Professor Werner Keller in 'The Bible As History' on page 163 reports that the neighbouring hillside does indeed contain some rock tombs. In 1870, in one of the sepulchres on the north side of the hill, a large number of stone knives were found...

Passages that clearly referred to Iesous were entirely removed, for instance, in Matthew 11:10 there is a cite to the Scripture where the Father spoke to his son:

Matthew 11:10 For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.

Matthew 27:9 cites the prophet Jeremias saying:

Matthew 27:9 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;

Many of the prophets said that the Lord would be called Nazarene:

Matthew 2:23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.

Mouses and the prophets wrote that his name should be Iesous of Nazareth and his father Joseph:

John 1:45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Iesous of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

In his discourse to the Greeks about the Hades, Josephus cites portions of the Scriptures that the Cabalists removed:

6. For all men, the just as well as the unjust, shall be brought before Theos the word: for to him hath the Father committed all judgment: and he, in order to fulfill the will of his Father, shall come as Judge, whom we call Xristos. For Minos and Rhadamanthus are not the judges, as you Greeks do suppose, but he whom Theos and the Father hath glorified: CONCERNING WHOM WE HAVE ELSEWHERE GIVEN A MORE PARTICULAR ACCOUNT, FOR THE SAKE OF THOSE WHO SEEK AFTER TRUTH. This person, exercising the righteous judgment of the Father towards all men, hath prepared a just sentence for every one, according to his works; at whose judgment-seat when all men, and angels, and demons shall stand, they will send forth one voice, and say, JUST IS THY JUDGMENT; ...

Theos the Word is the one mentioned by John

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Theos, and the Word was Theos.

The Father gave all the judgement to his son:

John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

The writer of Hebrew mentioned that the Father prepared a body to his son:

Hebrew 10:5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

But the satanists of Cabala hate the son and deleted him, placing in the odd phrase "mine ears thou opened":

Psalms 40:6 Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened:

So, the clear attack was against the son, to remove him from the Scripture the satanists cread a false father, for instance, Iesous read the following passage:

Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

to which the satanists inserted the blasplemous mask :

Isaias 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; because hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

So, in many places where it was written Theos they put

James 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed Theos, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of Theos.

Masoretic: Genesis 15:6 And he believed in ; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of Theos.

Masoretic: Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of doth man live.

Satanas tempted the Lord Iesous his Theos:

Matthew 4:7 Iesous said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy Theos.

Which the rabbis of Cabala changed:

Masoretic: Deutoronomy 6:16 Ye shall not tempt your Theos, as ye tempted him in Massah.

Satanas, instead of worshipping Iesous his Theos, intended the opposite that his Theos worshipped him:

Matthew 4:10 Then saith Iesous unto him, Get thee hence, Satanas: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy Theos, and him only shalt thou serve.

The Masoretes of Cabala followed the intention of replacing Theos by their god Satanas :

Masoretic:Deuteronomy 6:13 Thou shalt fear thy Theos, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.

The satanists, Satans and his demons do their jobs, but what is sad is the fact that Pastors, Evangelists, teachers have been worshipping satanas for long time, because they have been too laze. I hope this work can wake up many of them.

We already read by Josephus and by John that:

6. For all men, the just as well as the unjust, shall be brought before Theos the word: for to him hath the Father committed all judgment: and he, in order to fulfill the will of his Father, shall come as Judge, whom we call xristos.

John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

The Apostles also afirm that the Judge is Iesous the Son:

Matthew 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:... Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the Diabolos and his angels:

Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance Theos winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

Romans 2:16 In the day when Theos shall judge the secrets of men by Iesous Xristos according to my evangelio.
Romans 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Xristos.
1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of Theos.
2 Timothy 4:1 I charge thee therefore before Theos, and the Lord Iesous Xristos, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Hebrews 10:30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
1 Petros 4:5 Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
Revelation 6:10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

So, without any doubt, Abraam was talking to Iesous the Son of Theos:

Genesis 18:25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

So, the son judged Sodom and Gomorrath

Genesis 19:24 And the Lord -kurioV- rained on Sodom and Gomorrha brimstone and fire from the Lord- kuriou- out of heavens

The judge told us that his Father is in heaven:

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

The judge tell us that no man has seen the father:

John 6:46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of Theos, he hath seen the Father.
John 1:18 No man hath seen Theos at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
1 John 4:12 No man hath seen Theos at any time. If we love one another, Theos dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.

Therefore, Mouses, the princes of Israel, Job, Isaias, Nabuchadnezzair saw the Son of Theos:

Exodus 24:9 Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel: And they saw the Theos of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw Theos, and did eat and drink.

33:11 And the Lord spoke to Moses face to face, as if one should speak to his friend; and he retired into the camp: but his servant Iesous the son of Naue, a young man, departed not forth from the tabernacle.

Job 42:5 I have heard the report of thee by the ear before; but now mine eye has seen thee.

1 Kings 22:19 And Michaias said, Not so, it is not I: hear the word of the Lord; it is not so. I saw the Theos of Israel sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven stood about him on his right hand and on his left.

Isaias 6:1 And it came to pass in the year in which king Ozias died, that I saw the Lord sitting on a high and exalted throne, and the house was full of his glory... And I said, Woe is me, for I am pricked to the heart; for being a man, and having unclean lips, I dwell in the midst of a people having unclean lips; and I have seen with mine eyes the King, the Lord of hosts.

Daniel 3:25 And the king said, But I see four men loose, and walking in the midst of the fire, and there has no harm happened to them; and the appearance of the fourth is like the Son of Theos.

Amos 9:1 I saw the Lord standing on the altar: and he said, Smite the mercy-seat, and the porch shall be shaken: and cut through into the heads of all; and I will slay the remnant of them with the sword: no one of them fleeing shall escape, and no one of them, striving to save himself shall be delivered.

Every body knew that the Son of Theos -the Xristos- is the Theos of Israel:

Matthew 27:40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of Theos, come down from the cross. Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said, He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him. He trusted in Theos; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of Theos.

Mark 15: 29 And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, Save thyself, and come down from the cross. Likewise also the chief priests mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others; himself he cannot save. Let Xristos the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reviled him.

John 1:49 Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of Theos; thou art the King of Israel.

John 12:13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Iesous said that was he who sent the prophets to Jerusalem:

Matthew 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

Jeremias 35:15 And I sent to you my servants the prophets, saying, Turn ye every one from his evil way, and amend your practices, and go not after other theoi to serve them, and ye shall dwell upon the land which I gave to you and to your fathers: but ye inclined not your ears, and hearkened not.

Isaias says that the king of Israel is the Lord of the host:

Isaias 6:1 And it came to pass in the year in which king Ozias died, that I saw the Lord sitting on a high and exalted throne, and the house was full of his glory... And I said, Woe is me, for I am pricked to the heart; for being a man, and having unclean lips, I dwell in the midst of a people having unclean lips; and I have seen with mine eyes the King, the Lord of hosts.

Roman 9:29 And according as Isaias said said before, unless the Lord of the host - kurioV sabawy- had left us a seed, as Sodom we should have become and as gomorrah we should have been made like.

Revelation clearly shows that the son is the King and the Lord of Host:

19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of Theos. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty Theos. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

So, sadly, deceive themselves those who says that worship a father in Old Testament, because the Real Hebrew Scriptures is the Scriptures of the Son:

John 14:6 Iesous saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

So, those worshippers of Yahweh, Yahveh, Jah, Yah, Yahu, Jehovah,.. are in the road to hell

John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Hebrew 1:1 Theos, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:

John 17:12 When I was with them in the world, I was keeping them in thy name: whom thou have given me I guarded, and no one of them perished, except the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

'No one of them perished' that means that he saved all of them, except one, because his mision was recorded in his name

Phillipians 2:9 Where fore also Theos highly exalted him and granted to him a name which above every name,

He did exactly what his name means

When the Son of Theos found mouses, the first thing he did was to declared his mission:

Exodus 3:8 And I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them out of that land, and to bring them into a good and wide land, into a land flowing with milk and honey, into the place of the Chananites, and the Chettites, and Amorites, and Pherezites, and Gergesites, and Evites, and Jebusites.

And he exactly did that:

Exodus 14:30 So the Lord delivered Israel in that day from the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead by the shore of the sea.

So, for Mouses and all those slaved people the Lord was the Saviour.

The next generation, the generation of the Judges also knew him as the Saviour:

Judges 2:16 And the Lord raised up judges, and the Lord save them out of the hands of them that spoiled them: and yet they hearkened not to the judges, for they went a whoring after other theoi, and worshipped them; and they turned quickly out of the way in which their fathers walked to hearken to the words of the Lord; they did not so. And because the Lord raised them up judges, so the Lord was with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge; for the Lord was moved at their groaning by reason of them that besieged them and afflicted them.

In the next generation, the generation of the kings, Dabid knew him as the Saviour:

1 Samuel 17:37 The Lord who delivered me out of the paw of the lion and out the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this uncircumcised Philistine. And Saul said to Dabid, Go, and the Lord shall be with thee.

The name of the Theos of David was Saviour:

Psalms 54:1 Save me, O Theos, by thy name, and judge me by thy might.
2 O Theos, hear my prayer; hearken to the words of my mouth.
3 For strangers have risen up against me, and mighty men have sought my life: they have not set Theos before them. Pause.
4 For lo! Theos assists me; and the Lord is the helper of my soul.
5 He shall return evil to mine enemies; utterly destroy them in thy truth.
6 I will willingly sacrifice to thee: I will give thanks to thy name, O Lord; for it is good.
7 For thou hast delivered me out of all affliction, and mine eye has seen my desire upon mine enemies.

The Lord reproached the nobles of Israel because they did just the opposite of the name of the Lord:

Jeremias 34:8 The word that came from the Lord to Jeremias, after king Sedekias had concluded a covenant with the people, to proclaim a release; That every one should set at liberty his servant, and every one has handmaid, the Hebrew man and Hebrew woman, that no man of Juda should be a bondman.

10 Then all the nobles, and all the people who had entered into the covenant, engaging to set free every one his man-servant, and every one his maid, turned, and gave them over to be men-servants and maid-servants.

12 And the word of the Lord came to Jeremias, saying, thus saith the Lord; I made a covenant with your fathers in the day wherein I took them out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage, saying, when six years are accomplished, thou shalt set free thy brother the Hebrew, who shall be sold to thee: for he shall serve thee six years, and then thou shalt let him go free: but they hearkened not to me, and inclined not their ear.

15 And this day they turned to do that which was right in my sight, to proclaim every one the release of his neighbour; and they had concluded a covenant before me, in the house whereon my name is called.

16 But ye turned and profaned my name, to bring back every one his servant, and every one his handmaid, whom ye had sent forth free and at their own disposal, to be to you men-servants and maid-servants.

For Nabuchadnezzar the Theos of the Jews was the Saviour:

Daniel 3:29 Wherefore I publish a decree: Every people, tribe, or language, that shall speak reproachfully against the Theos of Sedrach, Misach, and Abdenago shall be destroyed, and their houses shall be plundered: because there is no other Theos who shall be able to deliver thus.

For king Darius the Medes, the Theos of the Jews was the Saviour:

6:25 Then king Darius wrote to all nations, tribes, and languages, who dwell in all the earth, saying, Peace be multiplied to you. This decree has been set forth by me in every dominion of my kingdom, that men tremble and fear before the Theos of Daniel: for he is the living and eternal Theos, and his kingdom shall not be destroyed, and his dominion is for ever. He helps and delivers, and works signs and wonders in the heaven and on the earth, who has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.

For Noe the Lord was the Saviour

Genesis 6:18 And I will establish my covenant with thee, and thou shalt enter into the ark, and thy sons and thy wife, and thy sons’ wives with thee. And of all cattle and of all reptiles and of all wild beasts, even of all flesh, thou shalt bring by pairs of all, into the ark, that thou mayest feed them with thyself: male and female they shall be.

2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

Abraam didn't doubt that the Lord was the saviour:

Genesis 12:16 And he entreated Abram well for her sake: and he had sheep, and oxen, and he asses, and menservants, and maidservants, and she asses, and camels. And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram’s wife.

Genesis 14:19 And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high Theos, possessor of heaven and earth: And blessed be the most high Theos, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.

20:2 And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah. But Theos came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man’s wife.

19:26 And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

Lot was sure that the Lord was his saviour:

Genesis 19:21 And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken. Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.

Jacob didn't doubt that the Lord was his saviour:

Genesis 48:15 And he blessed Joseph, and said, Theos, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the Theos which fed me all my life long unto this day, the Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth

So, Adam, Noe, Abraam, Lot, Jacob, Mouses, the Judges, Dabid, the prophets called his Theos THE SAVIOUR, which in original hebrew is IESOUS.

Iesous was a common hebrew name:

Acts 13:6 And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bariesous:

Number 26:44 The sons of Aser according to their families; to Jamin, the family of the Jaminites; to Iesous, the family of the Jesusites; to Baria, the family of the Bariaites.

Josephus lists the children of Jacob that left Chanaan and went to Egypt:

Book II,7:4. Jacob, encouraged by this dream, went on more cheerfully for Egypt with his sons, and all belonging to them. Now they were in all seventy. I once, indeed, thought it best not to set down the names of this family, especially because of their difficult pronunciation [by the Greeks]; but, upon the whole, I think it necessary to mention those names, that I may disprove such as believe that we came not originally from Mesopotamia, but are Egyptians. Now Jacob had twelve sons; of these Joseph was come thither before. We will therefore set down the names of Jacob's children and grandchildren. Reuben had four sons - Anoch, Phallu, Assaron, Charmi. Simeon had six - Jamuel, Jamin, Avod, Jachin, Soar, Saul. Levi had three sons - Gersom, Caath, Merari. Judas had three sons - Sala, Phares, Zerah; and by Phares two grandchildren, Esrom and Amar. Issachar had four sons - Thola, Phua, Jasob, Samaron. Zabulon had with him three sons - Sarad, Helon, Jalel. So far is the posterity of Lea; with whom went her daughter Dinah. These are thirty-three. Rachel had two sons, the one of whom, Joseph, had two sons also, Manasses and Ephraim. The other, Benjamin, had ten sons - Bolau, Bacchar, Asabel, Geras, Naaman, Jes, Ros, Momphis, Opphis, Arad. These fourteen added to the thirty-three before enumerated, amount to the number forty-seven. And this was the legitimate posterity of Jacob. He had besides by Bilhah, the handmaid of Rachel, Dan and Nephtliali; which last had four sons that followed him - Jesel, Guni, Issari, and Sellim. Dan had an only begotten son, Usi. If these be added to those before mentioned, they complete the number fifty-four. Gad and Aser were the sons of Zilpha, who was the handmaid of Lea. These had with them, Gad seven - Saphoniah, Augis, Sunis, Azabon, Aerin, Erocd, Ariel. Aser had a daughter, Sarah, and six male children, whose names were Jomne, Isus-Isousios-, Isoui, Baris, Abar and Melchiel. If we add these, which are sixteen, to the fifty-four, the forementioned number [70] is completed Jacob not being himself included in that number.

The commander of the children of Israel was named Iesous:

Deuteronomy 34:9 And Iesous the son of Nave was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.

The rabbis of Cabala don't dispute about the jewish names mentioned by Josephus, such as:

Book 5, Chapter 2
5:2:2. But the affairs of the Canaanites were at this thee in a flourishing condition, and they expected the Israelites with a great army at the city Bezek, having put the government into the hands of Adonibezek, which name denotes the Lord of Bezek, for Adoni in the Hebrew tongue signifies Lord.

Book 1, Chapter 1 1:1:2. This man was called Adam, which in the Hebrew tongue signifies one that is red, because he was formed out of red earth, compounded together; for of that kind is virgin and true earth.… Now a woman is called in the Hebrew tongue Issa; but the name of this woman was Eve, which signifies the mother of all living.

1:1:3… And Phison, which denotes a multitude, running into India, makes its exit into the sea, and is by the Greeks called Ganges. Euphrates also, as well as Tigris, goes down into the Red Sea. Now the name Euphrates, or Phrath, denotes either a dispersion, or a flower: by Tigris, or Diglath, is signified what is swift, with narrowness; and Geon runs through Egypt, and denotes what arises from the east, which the Greeks call Nile.

Book 1, Chapter 2. 1:2:1. Adam and Eve had two sons: the elder of them was named Cain; which name, when it is interpreted, signifies a possession: the younger was Abel, which signifies sorrow.

The only name that the evil rabbis don't like is Iesous

The Masoretes tried to avoid the ending US and beginning JES, for instance, let's compare some cases:

Josephus:Benjamin, had ten sons - Bolau, Bacchar, Asabel, Geras, Naaman, Jes, Ros
Masorete:Genesis 46:21 And the sons of Benjamin were Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.

Josephus:Dan had an only begotten son, Usi
Masorete:Genesis 46:23 And the sons of Dan; Hushim.

In the following passages the end US -jeus -was changed to IS - jeis

the name appears in other places as Je-us

Let's see the meanings of those words:

In the page The Qumran name of Theos you should find some details

others details you should find in Phoenician Vowels

The name of Theos found in Qumran's Caves had a S

There exists a group of pious men in Jerusalem that know that the name of Theos had the letter S:

The name of G-d consists of four Hebrew letters, Yud, heh, vav, heh. The Jewish sages used the vowels of Elohim in order to get the closest manner in which we pronounce His name. The first breath a child takes when he takes in breath of life comes close to the pronunciation of His name. During the Feast of Sukkot, thousands of pilgrims wave the lulav in unison... the sound it gives comes close to the sound of His Name. The Jewish sages say that we will know the true sound of His name when the four letter shin is introduced. This four letter shein is on the Tefillian that is placed on the foreheads of the Jewish man during prayer. If you are familiar with the letter Shein on Jerusalem, see Hebrew Roots notes, the fourth letter shein will form when Messiah places His foot on Mt Olives.

Iesous is an authentic Hebrew Name, see Acts 26:14,15

Acts 26:14 pantwn de {AND ALL} katapesontwn {HAVING FALLEN DOWN} hmwn {OF US} eiV {TO} thn {THE} ghn {GROUND} hkousa {I HEARD} fwnhn {A VOICE} lalousan {SPEAKING} proV {TO} me {ME} kai {AND} legousan {SAYING} th {IN THE} ebraidi {HEBREW} dialektw {LANGUAGE,} saoul {Saoul,} saoul {Saoul,} ti {WHY} me {ME} diwkeiV {PERSECUTEST THOU?} sklhron {HARD} soi {FOR THEE} proV {AGAINST} kentra {GOADS} laktizein {TO KICK.}

So, Saoul and Iesous are authentic hebrew, while Jeshua, Jehoshua, Yahshua, and the others belong to the pseudo hebrew; in Jewish coins of the days of Barkochba the vowels ou are seen together in the hebrew name Simoun
